Konfiguracja

Skonfiguruj paywall, reguły treści, plany cenowe i ustawienia wyświetlania, aby dopasować je do swojej strategii monetyzacji.

Content Rules

Content rules determine which parts of your site are protected by a paywall. Navigate to mPayWall → Content Rules to manage them.

Post-Level Rules

Protect individual posts or pages by enabling the paywall toggle in the post editor sidebar. You can also set a free preview length (e.g., first 200 words visible).

Category Rules

Apply a paywall to all posts within a specific category. Any new post added to the category will automatically be protected.

Tag Rules

Similar to category rules, but based on tags. Useful for creating premium content collections like “premium” or “members-only”.

Global Rules

Set site-wide defaults such as “paywall all posts except those explicitly marked as free” or “free by default, paywall only marked posts”.

Pricing Plans

Define the pricing plans your visitors see when they encounter a paywall. Go to mPayWall → Pricing to create and manage plans.

Supported Pricing Models

  • Subscriptions — Recurring monthly or yearly billing with automatic renewal.
  • One-Time Payments — Single purchase for lifetime access to specific content or the entire site.
  • Free Trials — Let users try your premium content for a configurable number of days before being charged.
  • Metered Access — Give users a set number of free articles per month before requiring payment.

Plan Settings

Each plan can be configured with the following options:

  • Plan name and description
  • Price and billing interval (monthly, yearly, or one-time)
  • Trial period duration (0 for no trial)
  • Content access scope (all content, specific categories, or specific posts)
  • Multi-currency support

Display Settings

Customize how the paywall appears to your visitors. Navigate to mPayWall → Display to adjust these settings.

Paywall Style

Choose from built-in templates (modal, inline, bottom bar) or create a fully custom design using CSS overrides. The paywall respects your theme's styling by default.

Teaser Content

Control how much content is shown before the paywall. Options include: word count, paragraph count, or a custom “more” tag placement in the editor.

Call-to-Action Text

Customize the heading, description, and button labels on the paywall prompt. Supports dynamic variables like {plan_name} and {price}.

Advanced Settings

  • SEO Mode — Allow search engine crawlers to index paywalled content while still restricting regular visitors.
  • IP-Based Free Access — Whitelist IP ranges (e.g., for office networks) to bypass the paywall.
  • Referral Bypass — Allow visitors from specific referrers (e.g., Google, social media) to view a limited number of free articles.
  • Cache Compatibility — Works with popular caching plugins (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, WP Rocket) using dynamic fragment caching.
